I asked Camden to do something the other day and he replied "I'm really busy playing cars right now."
I had no idea school was teaching Kellan sign language (mother of the year). I noticed he kept doing the same hand motion when he was eating, and sure enough, he knows the universal sign for more. So cute!
I really need to remember that the boys are sponges right now. I was changing Kellan and Kellan was being fussy and Camden ran over and yelled "I'm doing the best I can, Kellan!"
I laughed at Camden the other day and he said "I'm something else!"
Camden and I were out to eat the other day. Our waiter came by the table and accidentally dropped a spoon. Camden looked at him and said "you dropped that." The waiter was like yea- thanks for calling me out on that kid.
When Kellan does something Camden doesn't like he yells "NO TANK TOO KELLAN!" at the top of his lungs
We went to a pool party the other day. Camden packed up his fire truck full of cars and toys. The kids were playing in a plastic pool and I was talking to a Mom that I thought may become a new friend. I thought wrong. She looked at me kind of funny and said "Is your kid playing with Jesus in the pool?" I looked at Camden and realized he had packed the St. Joseph figurine in his fire truck and was happily playing with it in the pool. I blushed and the woulda been new friend avoided me the rest of the party...
I picked up Kellan from school the other day and all the other kids were playing. He was at the table eating. Mr. 1st percentile in weight!
Camden has been wearing big boy underwear and going poo poo and pee pee in the potty like a champ!
I brought Camden to work after one of his doc apps and there is a conference room for the CEO by my desk. Camden laid down in front of the glass windows and just kind of flopped around. Everyone important in the company was in that room. Thank God I heard laughter as I picked him up not bothering to take the time to bend like a lady while wearing a skirt.

When I picked Camden up from school yesterday I asked Miss Lexi if he had any friends that he was really close with so I could invite them to his bday party. Miss Lexi said Bentley is his best friend. On the way home I asked Camden if he liked Bentley and he said I love Harrison.

The other day we took the boys to the McDonald's play place. (Partly (100%) because we were going insane cooped up in the house with them)
Camden was a little scared to go all the way up the stairs to the slide. A little girl came along and said. "My name's Julia. I'm 4 years old I'll show you how to climb the stairs. I'm a fast girl." God I hope that's the last time Camden hears "I'm a fast girl!"...
Kellan Melon head has been waking up around 1am and wanting to come sleep in mom and dad's room. We're not too sure about this new rooming situation...
Dad was driving the boys to school today and singing funny songs and dancing to entertain the boys. Camden finally yelled "Just drive, Daddy!"

Camden went to school in Big Boy underwear today! I'm going to call to check on how he's doing. Kellan likes to wear the big boy underwear on his head...sigh.
Camden tried every excuse in the book not to go to school today. He wanted to go to Grammy and Granfy's. "I want to watch Mickey Mouse with Mitzie and Muffie." "I want to go pee pee in the potty at Grammy's house." This didn't work on Mom.

Cowsmell weighs 19.1lbs. He  needs another day off to recover from the road trip and is going to stay home with Grammy. He's a little dramatic with his stiff neck!

4:31pm Granfy spilled a full can of Fruit Loops into the diaper bag
5:32pm Camden wants to get out of his car seat. Kellan eats the Fruit Loops
5:49pm Iowa
7:28pm 1st stop. Diaper changes, chocolate milk and go!
9:42pm Nebraska
11:00pm Shooting star in Nebraska. Nick thought it was fireworks
2:52am Colorado
3:25am Nick almost hit Wiley Coyote
9:15am New Mexico. The kids watched Cars and Dragon movie
1:45pm Pit stop at McDonald's. Camden ate all his apple slices. Kellan ate all his french fries
Gas and a diaper change. Camden was soaked. Granfy hung Camden's wet pajama bottoms on the truck antennae.
1:57pm Granfy forgot he hung said pajama pants on truck antennae so Cars jammie bottoms were donated to New Mexico
Nick changed a tooty Kellan but he was just wet. Nick stuck him in the back of the truck. The minute everyone got back in the truck, Kellan took a big dump. Nick changes Kellan again.
2:01pm Camden- "Granfy there's a choo choo train!
2:02pm Camden yells this louder
2:03pm Camden screams "GRANFY THERE'S A CHOO CHOO TRAIN!"
2:04pm Nick screams "Granfy can't you hear him?!"

Nick and the boys are still in Minnesota. I called to talk to them and Nick asked Kellan if he wanted to say hi. Kellan waved. I love that kid!
