June 8th, 2011

We had a good night last night. Camden was a little whiny since we're weaning him off the bottle. He went to bed with tears. Just breaks my heart, but I know he'll forget all about bottles soon. Now if we can just stop him from grabbing Kellan's pacifier out of his mouth.
Kellan slept from 7pm to 2am which was great. He'll only sleep in his swing though so one of us has to sleep out on the couch with him. That's ok though. It's not like Nick and I are like normal married couples. I got pregnant 3 months after the wedding and have been pregnant ever since.
Nick took the boys to school today. Good break for me. That's a lot of work! A parent commented on how cute Kellan was. She said he was getting so big. We never look at or notice the other kids at school so it cracks me up that other parents know our kids and are watching them grow.
Camden is talking up a storm now. New words are cracker and bubbles, but my favorite will always be "Turtle!"
We're excited for Nana Tilley to come visit tomorrow so she can help... I mean see the boys.

I took Camden to swimming by myself tonight. Nick stayed home with Kellan. Camden swam underwater to the edge of the pool and started to climb out. I was so proud! One of the kids there, Cooper,  was doing really well and I found out he was the same age as Camden. I told Cooper's mom that he was doing so well and she said Camden does a lot better when Nick takes him. Sigh... :)
We're going to try to get Kellan in lessons too. They accept kids at 1 month.

  1. I just started speaking the word 'ephemeral.' Nathan and Nancy were really excited and I think Nathan ended up blogging about it.
