Kellan was telling us how he was playing with Reid at school the other day. Camden gasped and said, "there's a Reid in my class too!". There was a short period of silence then they both said, "I guess there are two Reids"...

I don't think it's any secret that Kellan loves his 'iPat'. He was showing me some of the funny things Pink Panther was doing. Then he laughed and said, "Look how he looks at me at the end!". Then his face got really scared and he asked me, "but he can't really see me, right?!".

Camden loves playing football - by his rules of course. One team is always playing the Lions, and the other team always happens to be beating the Lions. He gives me play by plays and updates me on the score. One time he was having trouble spitting out the score. He giggled and said, I keep forgetting the Lions have zero because I'm so used to counting actual numbers. Oh kid...

I'm just going to write this on down and not try to analyze it.
Kellan: I got up really early to get a drink, but it was still sunny so I had to go back to bed. But I can't go to bed when it's sunny.

I picked up Camden from school and was heading to get Kellan. I had to go pee so badly. I was wriggling and complaining. Finally Camden piped up from the back seat. "Well Mom, you should have told me you had to go to the bathroom. We have bathrooms at my school"...

Camden calls Woodstock from Charlie Brown "Woodstocking". I psychically can't correct him because I find this hilarious.

At Camden's 6 year check up, he weighs in at 32lbs and is 40 inches!

Camden was telling me he has recess before lunch then asked me if I do too. Ha! What's lunch let alone recess?!

Camden fell asleep in the car on the way to the North Pole Experience. When he woke up, he looked around at us and said "Why hello!".

On this same car ride, the car was quiet. Camden exclaimed, "Wow! I can't even believe Kellan's not talking!"

Kellan was being his usual self one day and Camden looked at me and grinned. He said, "I like Kellan".

Camden was itching his foot and said he had a mosquito bite. Then he pondered, "How'd I get a mosquito bite when my shoes have shoes on?!" Laughter erupted from all of us.

Camden coughed slightly so I immediately assumed he was choking. When I looked at him, he said "that wasn't a choke, just a cough". He knows the right things to say.

Kellan told us that when he's a dad, he's going to have a girl named Skeleton and a boy named Pumpkin. I wonder if his kids will be born near Halloween time?

I've really been focusing on Kellan to make sure he's listening and paying attention to when I talk to him. We've had this discussion several times, so when he didn't answer me I got a little frustrated. He looked at me innocently and said, "I couldn't hear you because I was crunching on an apple!". Well played, little blue eyed Cow.

Kellan was cold last morning and asked to turn the heat on so he wouldn't turn into an igloo!
